4 lakhs worth red sander logs seized

CUDDAPAH, MARCH 2. Forest officials seized 150 red sander logs being transported in a lorry under a load of watermelons, by intercepting the vehicle near Kudumulopalle tank at Rayavaram in Rayachoti on Tuesday.

A team of officials led by the Forest Range Officer, Siddhaiah, intercepted the lorry. The value of the seized logs was Rs. 4 lakhs, according to the officials.
