Post-poll options open: Chautala
JHAJJHAR (HARYANA),
MARCH 2.
The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) supremo and the Haryana Chief Minister, Om Prakash Chautala, today ruled out any tie-up with the Congress but kept post-poll options open with regard to the BJP-led alliance from which he walked out.
"We will not touch the Congress but the BJP is another matter because we have been working with it. Our options are open if the BJP rises to our expectations. We are not bound to anyone,'' Mr. Chautala told reporters here. He said there was no possibility of the emergence of a third front.
Mr. Chautala said the Shiromani Akali Dal had promised to help the INLD fight all the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana.
