Clear sky

The sky will be clear in Bangalore on Wednesday, according to the forecast. The maximum and minimum temperatures will be around 35 degrees Celsius and 18 degrees Celsius, respectively.

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 34.7 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 17.7 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. The relative humidity was 18 per cent. At the airport, the maximum and minimum temperatures were 34 degrees Celsius and 17.3 degrees Celsius, respectively. The relative humidity was 21per cent.

Examination

The 10th standard examination conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will start on Wednesday.

In Bangalore, students from 13 Kendriya Vidyalaya schools and 25 other private schools that come under the CBSE system will appear for the examination.

The CBSE 12th standard exams began on Monday and will go on till April 2. The 10th standard examinations will conclude on March 22.

Relocation

The Binnypet offices of the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) on Goods-Shed Road will be shifted to a new BMP complex on Magadi Road 4th Cross on Wednesday. The offices include those of the Assistant Revenue Officer, the Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), and the Health Officer, according to a press release from the civic body.

Lecture

The Swami Nammazhvar Foundation, Bangalore Chapter, and Prof. M.P.L. Sastry Foundation will sponsor the next in the series of lectures in English on Bhagavad Gita on March 6 and 7.

U. Ve. Velukkudi Krishna Swamy, Vedic scholar from Chennai, will deliver the lectures at the MES Kishora Kendra Auditorium, 10th Main, Malleswaram.
