KOLKATA,
MARCH 3.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Women's Cricket Association of India (WCAI) met informally on Wednesday and decided to work closely to improve the standard of the women's game in the country.
The brief meeting the BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya had with the WCAI secretary Shubhangi Kulkarni and vice-president Bulbul Gayen cleared the way for the women to officially use all the infrastructure available in the country.
The Board president also promised the WCAI officials to extend preliminary and advance training to coaches, physical trainers and physiotherapists at the National Cricket Academy in Bangalore. Our Special Correspondent
