MACHILIPATNAM, MARCH 3. The former Deputy Speaker of the Assembly, B. Veda Vyas, has sought Congress ticket from Malleswaram constituency. Three leaders - Katari Eswara Kumar, Koluru Peda Reddiah Yadav, former MP, and Kavuru Sambasiva Rao, All India Congress Committee member - have sought to contest from Bandar Parliamentary constituency. Mr. Reddiah Yadav has also applied for Tenali Parliamentary seat. Seven others have sought Congress ticket for Machilipatnam and Vijayawada seats. The State secretary of the Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC), Karedla Suseela, the former Chairperson of the Machilipatnam Municipality, Chelamala-setti Venkatalakshmi, and Mahila leader, Ede Suseela, have sought Congress ticket for Bandar Assembly seat.
