BANGALORE, MARCH 4. Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited officials have said that there will not be any extra load shedding if the Raichur Thermal Power Station unit seven is revived by Friday. The unit went off the grid on Wednesday leading to a shortage of 210 MW of power. On Thursday, the officials said, more hydel power was used. But power supply from Talcher in Orissa, Kaiga and Ramagundam resumed. "There will be problems only if the Raichur Thermal Power Station is not revived on Friday," the officials said.
