NEW DELHI, MARCH 5. A man moving around under suspicious circumstances near the VIP Gate of the Domestic Terminal of the Indira Gandhi International Airport gave the Central Industrial Security Force personnel posted there some nervous moments before it was finally established that he was mentally unsound. The man was spotted by the personnel on duty at around 5-35 p.m. and when confronted by the security staff gave some vague answers to them. He was subsequently taken to the CISF Control Room where he disclosed that he was Surya Bahadur Singh, and resided near the Delhi Fire Service station in Connaught Place. Since, he was not able to give any satisfactory reason for his presence at the airport, the CISF handed him over to the Delhi police for further investigation. Subsequently, it was discovered that he was mentally unsound and that the address given by him was correct.
