Only Government cronies feeling good: Sonia
NEW DELHI,
MARCH 6.
Brushing aside the BJP's ``feel good'' claims, the Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, has said it could be seen only among ``some cronies'' of the Government.
``I have not seen anywhere (the feel good factor). The feel-good could be among some cronies of the Government... in the pockets of cronies of the Government,'' she told the ``Walk the Talk'' programme of the NDTV 24x7.
She parried a question on her response to her son, Rahul Gandhi, and daughter, Priyanka Wadhera, taking the plunge in politics.
Admitting that the campaign for the Lok Sabha polls was going to be hot, she said her priority was that she would have to do all she could to see that the BJP-led Government was replaced.
Disagreeing with the comparison of the Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, with the former Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, she said those who compared them did not know about Nehru or what he did for the country. — PTI
