Theft in two houses

HYDERABAD,
MARCH 7.
Unidentified persons took away Rs. 60,000 in cash and 12 tolas of gold ornaments from the house of a bakery owner, Syed Turab Hussain Abidi, at Maulaka Chilli after Saturday midnight.
Abidi and members of his family were not present when the theft was committed, the police said.
In another incident, thieves took away eight tolas of gold and a wristwatch, worth Rs. 40,000, from the house of Nazeema Nasreen at Mataki Kidki, near Ganganagar Nala, on Saturday night.
Nasreen along with her children went to Malakpet to see her father-in-law who recently returned to India from Jeddah. On her return, she found the property missing.
