VISAKHAPATNAM MARCH. 8. The district unit of Lok Satta has planned to undertake an awareness campaign on election procedure. At its meeting here on Sunday, members of the Lok Satta Election Watch Committee resolved to highlight the affidavits to be filed by contesting candidates to enable people elect good representatives in the elections. It decided to identify five polling booths in each Constituency to verify the electoral rolls by undertaking door-to-door visit and preparing a list of voters above the age of 80 and below 18. Lok Satta would be invited contesting candidates onto a common platform to speak on their agenda for socio-economic development. Nearly 100 youth would be trained in each constituency for helping undertake the `election watch' programme, according to a press release issued by the Lok Satta.
