Model EAMCET postponed to May 1

HYDERABAD, MARCH 8. The model EAMCET, which was to be conducted by the Students' Federation of India (SFI) all over the State under the aegis of noted academician, Ch. Ramaiah, on February 29, has been postponed to May 1.

The change in the examination date was made for the convenience of students, the SFI State secretary, S. Satish Kumar, said here on Monday. Students can enrol themselves for the model examination at all SFI district units.

He suggested that the State Government should carry out an academic audit of EAMCET question papers as was being done in the case of the model EAMCET. He said the topper in the model EAMCET conducted last year, Harish Reddy, went onto get the first rank in the official EAMCET as well.
