TIRUPATI, MARCH 9. Tributes were paid to the renowned litterateur, Tripuraneni Venkateswara Rao, who was felicitated at a function conducted jointly by the Tripuraneni Sahithi Samakhya and the Telugu department of Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam at the latter's premises here on Tuesday. The septuagenarian was garlanded and a shawl and memento were presented to him in recognition of his literary prowess. In his keynote address, Medasani Mohan, a renowned `avadhani' and director of TTD's Annamacharya project, spoke.
