HYDERABAD, MARCH 9. Four persons were killed and another was found dead under suspicious circumstances in the last two days in and around Hyderabad. An auto-rickshaw driver, Mohd. Aslam (22), was found murdered near the Sana Cafe in the Rajendranagar police station area early on Tuesday. Multiple knife injuries were found on the abdomen and throat of the victim. The police suspect that the killing might be a fallout of previous enmity. Unidentified persons killed a sweeper of All India Radio office in Nampally, K. Nanaji Rao (30), by smashing his head with a boulder. His body was found near the building of Hayathnagar Mandal Revenue Office this morning. "Inquiries revealed that the victim was a drunkard. We suspect that sexual jealousy or previous enmity might have led to the killing," the Hayathnagar in-charge Sub-Inspector, Hanumantha Rao, said. A native of Narayankhed in Medak district, Mohd. Ghouse Khan, was murdered allegedly by his elder brother's son, Ajju, with a sword at Sriramnagar in Borabanda last night. Investigation revealed that the murder was a consequence of property dispute, the Sanjeevreddynagar Inspector, Radhakrishna, said.
Thirty-five-year-old Yellaiah was found murdered in agriculture fields near his house in Attili village in Rangareddy district. Multiple knife injuries were found on the victim's body. In another case, a highly decomposed body of a petty vendor, Balraj (25), was found in roadside bushes near Balapur crossroads under L.B. Nagar police station limits. A resident of Lenin Nagar, he was missing since March 4. A case of suspicious death was registered.
