Antony calls on Narayanan at Santhigiri

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, MARCH 9 The former President, K.R. Narayanan, and his wife, Usha Narayanan, are undergoing a rejuvenation therapy at the Siddha Medical College attached to the Santhigiri Ashramam, a press release issued by the Ashramam said here today. The Chief Minister, A.K. Antony, called on Mr. Narayanan today.

IT books exhibition

The British Library is organising an exhibition of over 550 new books in engineering and information technology. The Minister for Public Works, M.K. Muneer, will inaugurate the exhibition on March 11 at the library. Introductory as well as specialised books on various computer-related subjects will be put on display.

Summer classes

The Gandhi Bhavan will be holding summer classes for children at the Thycaud Gandhi Bhavan from April 2 to May 15. Students between the ages of 8 and 14 can participate in the summer classes. The focus of the classes will on health studies, personal hygiene, ethics and values.
