BSP releases first list

CHENNAI, MARCH 13. The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today released a list of its candidates for Lok Sabha constituencies in the State.

Central Chennai-P.R.M.Shahul Hameed; Tirupattur-P.Rajendran; Krishnagiri-H.S.Sharief; Salem-K.Mohammed Ali; Tiruchengode-K.M.Balasubramaniam; Palani-T.Subramaniam; Gobichettipalayam-K.K.Muthusamy; Sivaganga-S.Thillai Ambalam; Pudukkottai-A.Nagooran; Sriperumbudur-Jayakumar; Pollachi-Muthukumar; Tindivanam-K.Rayar; Vellore-Karunanidhi and Dindigul-M.Perumal.

The party's ally, the Dalit Viduthalai Katchi led by Sengottaiyan will contest in the Coimbatore and Nilgiris constituencies and the M.S.Raj-led Christuva Munnani in Cuddalore on the Elephant symbol. The alliance's next list will be released on March 18. The BSP leader, Mayawati, will address a campaign meeting on V.O.C.Thidal, Coimbatore, on March 21, according to a party release.
