DWCRA products emporium at Guwahati likely

HYDERABAD, MARCH. 13. An emporium of DWACRA products from Andhra Pradesh is proposed to be opened at Guwahati in Assam.

This proposal has been made by the State Government following the good response received for the products at the Regional Saras Exhibition in Guwahati from February 25 to March 5 jointly organised by the Department of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development of Government of Assam and the Union Rural Development Ministry.

The State Government will reciprocate by permitting an outlet here to sell products made by Self-Help-Groups from Assam, according to a press release.
