Youth killed in road accident

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, MARCH 13. A 24-year-old man, Rathesh, was killed after he was knocked down by a mini lorry near Maruthamood, near Nedumangad, today. The incident occurred around 8 a.m. when the youth was crossing the road. The body has been kept in the mortuary of the Medical College Hospital.

Five injured

Five persons were injured when a car collided with a lorry at Paroorkuzhi, near Pallichal, this evening. The accident occurred at a sharp curve in the National Highway at Paroorkuzhi at around 4 p.m.The injured, including three members of a family, were admitted to the MCH.
