Church fete

NEW DELHI, MARCH 14. The 17th centenary celebrations of the martyrdom of St. George will be held at the St. George Church at Puthuppally in Kerala, the first church in India in the name of this saint, from April 28 to May 15.

Pilgrims and believers from all over the world will participate in the celebrations, according to the church's Vicar, M.C. George. Dignitaries from India and abroad will be present on this historic occasion, he said. — UNI
