No proposal for PM's Pakistan visit

ISLAMABAD, MARCH 15. Pakistan today said there was no proposal for the Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee to visit the country to watch a one-day international cricket match between the two sides at Lahore.

Denying media reports here that Vajpayee might visit Lahore to watch one of the two-one day matches with President Pervez Musharraf, Pakistan Foreign Office Spokesman Masood Khan told reporters that ``there is no such proposal under discussion.''

Indian Deputy Prime Minister L.K. Advani recently said a visit by Vajpayee to watch the match would be good for the relations between the two countries.
