TIRUPUR, MARCH 16. Tamil Nadu won both the senior and junior team titles in the South-India body building championships here recently. While the State senior squad collected 120 points to be on top, the junior side logged 76 points to take the top spot. Kerala finished runner-up with 93 points in the senior section, while Telangana came second in the junior category with 57 points. C.P. Radhakrishnan, MP, distributed the prizes. The results (winners only): Senior: 55 kg: P. Sudhakar (Telangana); 60 kg: V. Suryanarayanan (TN `A'); 65 kg: Peter Joseph (Kerala); 70 kg: Y. Annamalai (TN `A'); 75 kg: S. Raj (TN `A'); 80 kg: Md. Ashraf (Kerala); 85 kg: Ranjit Kilekar (Kar); 90 kg: P.P. Sameer (Kerala); + 90 kg: A.S. Jayaraj (Kar). Junior: 55 kg: G. Venkanna (Telangana); 60 kg: S. Selvam (TN `A'); 65 kg: V. Jayaprakash (TN `A'); 70 kg: S. Murthy (TN `A'); + 70 kg: P. Anand Babu (TN `B').
