PESHAWAR, MARCH 19. Indian coach John Wright said Pakistan had used the conditions better while securing wins in the second and third ODIs. "We too would have bowled first had we won the toss. The conditions were different in the first two and a half hours. In the end we could not quite finish things off. We have won from tight situations before. We will have to work hard in the remaining two matches," he said. Asked whether the Indians missed a fourth specialist paceman on this pitch, Wright replied, "We did not have the option." He said, "we have to give them (Pakistan) the credit. Hameed and Razzaq batted well. We have got to be more clinical." Wright felt the Indian bowling, despite the setback, was on the upswing. "Zaheer is getting into a better rhythm.'' He added quickly that the bowlers would have to improve further if the pitches in Lahore turned out to be as barren as the one in the practice game against Pakistan `A' preceding the ODI series.
