Relationship between teams cordial: Inzamam

LAHORE, MARCH 20. The Pakistan-India rivalry is considered cricket's most intense relationship, but Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq said the players of these two teams share a cordial relationship free of any animosity.

``The relationship between the two teams is quite cordial, the players often get together in the hotel and discuss various matters,'' Inzamam told reporters.

It was a good knock: Yuvraj

Meanwhile, dashing batsman Yuvraj Singh said both Pakistan's Shoiab Akhtar and Australia's Brett Lee were level in terms of pace. He was sharing his thoughts with the media after the Indian practice session at the Gaddafi Stadium here on Saturday. Yuvraj also said that he would have felt happier had India won the third ODI.

"The pitch was doing a bit and it was a good knock. The Pakistan bowling was also testing under the conditions."

He added his on-field confrontation with Pakistan paceman Mohammed Sami in Peshawar was "just one of the things that happens in the game."

Yuvraj said he enjoyed shopping in Peshawar and had purchased footwear and carpets for his family and friends back home — "Peshawar was a good experience."

The left-hander also had nice things to say about the Pakistani food — "they are very similar to what we eat in India" — and people.
