NEW DELHI, MARCH 20. The seat-sharing talks between the Congress and its partners in Andhra Pradesh proceeded at a slow pace. While there was some forward movement in the case of the two Left parties, talks with the TRS hit a roadblock over a decision on four of the 42 seats allocated to the party under the agreement. The TRS leaders, K. Chandrasekhar Rao and A. Narendra, expressed unhappiness over the progress and threatened to terminate the talks if the issue was not decided by tomorrow. Despite the stance the TRS chief kept the option open and deputed Mr. Narendra to continue the dialogue with Congress leaders. n the case of the CPI-M, the party Politburo member, Sitaram Yechury, and the Stae secretary, V. V. Raghavulu, participated in the discussions, which would continue tomorrow. Mr. Yechury said though there was a forward movement, the pace was slow. Simlarly, the CPI national secretary, D. Raja, and the State secretary, S. Sudhakar Reddy, were negotiating with the Congress. The CPI has been demanding two Lok Sabha and some 15 Assembly seats.
