BANGALORE, MARCH 20. M.S. Ramaiah Medical College has decided not to hold its counselling on March 22 for admission to the postgraduate courses. This follows a directive from the State Government's committee overseeing the admission process for professional colleges. The college has reportedly given in writing to the panel that it has postponed the counselling process, and will go ahead with it only after the committee's approval. Representatives of all the 13 private unaided medical and 12 dental colleges offering postgraduate medical and dental courses, are scheduled to appear before the committee on March 22 at 3 p.m. Meanwhile, the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED-K) could not meet the Chief Minister, S.M. Krishna, on Saturday.
