No role in attack: Porattam

KOCHI, MARCH 21. The `Porattam' organisation has denied that it was involved in Saturday's attack on a Citi Bank branch in Kochi.

P.J. Manuel, president of Porattam, said though his organisation backed the Ayyankali Pada's opposition to the U.S. invasion of Iraq and the attack on an `U.S. imperialist institution', it had not taken part in the attack on the bank.
