Seven share lead

RAIPUR, MARCH 22. Seven players shared the lead with three points after as many rounds of the Bharat Petroleum FIDE rated chess tournament here on Monday.

The results (third round): S. Vijayalakshmi (3) bt K.K. Chatterjee (2); Pankaj Joshi (3) bt Himanshu Sharma (2); Amardeep Bartakke (2.5) drew with T.S. Ravi (2.5); Roktim Bandyopadhyay (3) bt Anupama Gokhale (2); S.K. Rathore (2) lost to Somak Palit (3); B.S. Sivanandanan (2.5) drew with Raghunandan Gokhale (2.5); Sukhpal Singh (2) lost to R.R. Laxman (3); Atanu Lahiri (3) bt Rajendra Kumar Sahu (2); Manoj Mishra (2) lost to K. Visweswaran (3); Sriram Jha (2.5) bt Swaraj Palit (2); Rupesh Kant (2) drew with Saurabh Kherdekar (2); V. Saravanan (2) bt Avinash Singh (1).
