LAHORE, MARCH 21. Following are the highlights of the fourth Samsung Cup one-dayer between India and Pakistan. Pakistan lost its first ODI at Lahore after seven wins in a row. India recorded its 32nd win against Pakistan fifth in 19 matches in Pakistan. Sourav Ganguly lost all his eight tosses, including all four in the current series, as captain against Pakistan. India's 294 for five is its best total at Lahore, eclipsing its previous best of 216 in 1997-98. The match aggregate of 587 is now the highest between the two countries at Lahore, surpassing the 445 (Pakistan 252-3 and India 193-4) in 1982-83. Pakistan's score of 293 for nine is its highest innings total against India at Lahore. The previous best was 252 for three in 1982-83. Inzamam-ul-Haq (123 off 121 balls) recorded his best score against India, surpassing his 122 at Karachi in the first ODI of the current series. Haq registered his 10th century his fourth against India. It is his first hundred at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. The 105-run partnership for the fourth wicket between Inzamam and Younis Khan is Pakistan's best vs India at Lahore, beating the 24 (unfinished) between Javed Miandad and Wasim Raja in 1982-83. Moin Khan registered his fifth duck the most by any batsman for Pakistan against India. Moin Khan took his 200th catch in LOIs, his victim being Sourav Ganguly. Incidentally, it was his 50th catch against India. He is the third wicketkeeper after Adam Gilchrist (281) and Mark Boucher (243) to take 200 or more catches. Sourav Ganguly (21 off 15 balls) has now played twelve innings without a half century. Rahul Dravid's 76 not out off 92 balls is his 51st fifty in ODIs sixth against Pakistan. Dravid, with his 76 not out, equalled the previous best for India against Pakistan at Lahore. In the 1997-98 ODI, Ajay Jadeja had made 76 off 109 balls at Lahore. The 132-run unbroken partnership between Dravid and Mohammad Kaif is India's best for the sixth wicket against Pakistan, surpassing the 116-run stand between Sanjay Manjrekar and Nayan Mongia at Sharjah in 1995-96. It is now the best for the sixth wicket against Pakistan in Pakistan, surpassing the 65 by J V Coney and I D S Smith for New Zealand at Multan in 1984-85.
