Dhanalakshmi Bank opens four branches
KOCHI: The Thrissur-based Dhanalakshmi Bank has opened new branches at Banjara Hills, and at Kukatapally in Hyderabad. The first one was opened by Telugu actor Nageswara Rao on March 16 while that in Kukatapally was inaugurated by the Reserve Bank of India Regional Director, G. Padmanabhan. Another branch at Sion in Mumbai was opened by the Secretary of the South Indian Education Society, V. Sankar. On March 24, yet another branch is to be opened at Karol Bagh in New Delhi. Then the total number of branches of the bank would go up to 166. Plans are also on the anvil to have branches at Lajpat Nagar in New Delhi, Vashi in Mumbai, Guntur, Eluru, Kakinada and Vishakapatnam, says a release.
