PONDICHERRY, MARCH 22. The Jeer of Sri Ahobila Math held a special discourse on the premises of the Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute at Krimambakkam near here during his visit to the institution today. The Chairman of the Management Committee of the College, M.K. Rajagopalan, received the Jeer with poorna kumbam on his arrival at the institution from Tiruvendhipuram near Cuddalore. An Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry in the college, A.R. Srinivasan, sung a couple of hymns to the Jeer. The Jeer in the course of his speech appreciated the good medical services provided by the college-cum-hospital and said such activities deserved to expand for the good of society. The Principal of the Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, K.V. Sundaresan, was among those present.
