In-patient commits suicide

MADURAI, MARCH 22. An in-patient of the Austinpatti Government Hospital near here allegedly committed suicide today. According to the police, K. Arjunan (37) of Vikramangalam was admitted for treatment of Tuberculosis last month. Frustrated over the prolonged illness, he slit his throat with a bottle last night. He was rushed to the Government Rajaji Hospital where he died today.
