HYDERABAD, MARCH 22. The Human Rights Forum has accused the Narsampet police, Warangal district, of allegedly keeping the brother of a prominent People's War (PW) leader, S. Sambasiva Rao, in illegal custody for the last three days. In a press statement, HRF alleged that Mr. Rao, brother of PW leader, S. Appa Rao, was summoned by the area DSP. Later, he was said to have been picked up by the Circle Inspector, Ghulam Sandhani, and was being tortured. The organisation feared for his life.
