Directive to Corporation

KOCHI, MARCH 22 . A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court today directed the Kochi Corporation to pay arrears to the contractor who had undertaken the work of widening the Mullassery canal road.

The Bench comprising the Acting Chief Justice, N. K.Sodhi, and Justice K.K. Dinesan also directed the contractor to complete the remaining work in six weeks and file an affidavit in this regard.
