MBT recruitment drive

MUMBAI: Mahindra British Telecom (MBT) is planning to recruit 2,000 workers over the next 12 months on expectations of a rapid growth in the industry. The company plans to add over 2,000 professionals to the current base of 4,000, an MBT release said here. Meanwhile, it has appointed Girish Karnad as Head (global recruitment function) and Debi Prasad Das as Group Head (human resources), Pune. MBT is the telecom software joint venture between the Mahindra group and British Telecommunications plc.
