New Chief Justice appointed

NEW DELHI, MARCH 23. The President has appointed the Acting Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court, N.K. Sodhi, as the Chief Justice of the same High Court. He was appointed Acting Chief Justice on January 22. A Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court since March 1991, he was transferred to the Kerala High Court on November 24, 2003.
