Tata Telecom's customer care centre

NEW DELHI: Marking an end of the pilot phase, Tata Telecom, a joint venture between Tata Group and Avaya Inc., has announced the launch of its customer care centre to support its 1,500 customers in the country. "We have inaugurated our customer care centre in Gurgaon. This marks the end of the pilot phase that started in October," Sunil K. Gambhir, Chief Operating Officer of Tata Telecom told PTI here.
