New ethnic restaurant

KOZHIKODE: The Kerala State Film Development Corporation (KSFDC) Chairman, P. V. Gangadharan, opened the new ethnic Kerala restaurant, Tharavad, at the Fortune Hotel here recently. The Sales Manager, Tejinder Singh, told presspersons that the menu had been prepared after taking the advices of housewives, professional cooks and connoisseurs on the recipe composition of various dishes. Apart from the regular menu there would also be a speciality of the week. Tharavad would not have any liquor service and would be a non-smoking zone.
