COIMBATORE, MARCH 24. Coaching classes for students aspiring to write the Tamil Nadu Professional Courses Entrance Examinations would be held at six places in Coimbatore district. A release from the Chief Educational Officer, Coimbatore, said that the classes would commence on March 31 and would go on till April 21. They would be held in Coimbatore at the Government Girls High School, Raja Street, and at the Mani High School, Pappanaickenpalayam. In Tirupur, the coaching class would be conducted at the Jaivabhai Municipal Girls High School and at the KSC Government High School. In Mettuppalayam, it would be conducted at the Mahajana Higher Secondary School, while in Pollachi, it would be held at the Government Boys High School. Students appearing for HSLC (Plus Two) exams this year or those who have passed the exams in the previous years can join. Those belonging to the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes, backward classes, physically handicapped, economically weaker sections would be given priority. Those seeking enrolment should have applied for the TNPCEE exams and should produce a photostat copy of the front page of the TNPCEE application (containing the application number and photograph), the release added.
