Canara Bank's ATM at Bangalore Airport

BANGALORE: Canara Bank aimed to have 500 ATMs covering 100 centres by March 31, the bank's Chairman and Managing Director, R. V. Shastri, said. He was speaking at the opening of a new ATM at the Bangalore Airport here on Thursday. The bank had 300 ATMs today, a release said.

The bank had opened three other ATMs, two in Mumbai and one at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, Mr. Shastri said. The bank had 67 ATMs in the `Bangalore circle' and 56 within the city, he said. B.P. Bhagat, a Director of the Airport Authority of India, inaugurated the ATM at the airport here.
