ICICI Bank fixes price band

MUMBAI, MARCH 26. The public issue of equity shares of ICICI Bank will open for bidding through the book-building route on April 2 and close on April 7. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs. 255-295 per equity share. The size of the issue is of Rs. 3,050 crores with a greenshoe option of Rs. 450 crores.
