BELGAUM, MARCH 28. The Belgaum Urban Development Authority (BUDA) has said that all works pertaining to developing layouts and construction within the city limits should be taken up only after obtaining permission from the authority. Taking note of the alleged illegal constructions in survey No. 1015 of Ashok Nagar in the city, BUDA said the land in the said survey number was reserved for a community park, and the constructions of houses there was illegal. The authority also said that people buying property at the said survey number should do so at their own risk.
