Laxman's election office opened

HYDERABAD, MARCH 28. The TDP-BJP combine's candidate for the Musheerabad Assembly segment, K. Laxman, today prepared ground for his campaign with the inauguration of an election office for him in Musheerabad.

The Union Minister of State for Urban Development and senior BJP leader, Bandaru Dattatreya, formally inaugurated the office. Listing out Mr. Laxman's achievements during his tenure as MLA from the area, Mr. Dattatreya launched a scathing attack on the Telangana Rashtra Samiti, which is fielding Nayani Narasimha Reddy against Mr. Laxman.

Mr. Dattatreya accused the TRS leadership of trying to divert the attention of people by raising "fictitious issues."

The former Telugu Desam MP, Alladi P. Rajkumar, Mr. Laxman and other leaders of the BJP and the TDP were present.
