MYSORE,
MARCH 29.
The injured were travelling in the lorry. They were thrown out of the vehicle into a nearby sugarcane field. The train was coming from Mysore. The lorry was returning to Chinkurali after unloading boulders at the nearby village of Doddakoppalu.
The lorry was heavily damaged in the accident. The injured have been identified as Lokesh, Jayarame Gowda, Lingaraj and Ramu from K.R. Pet taluk. They were rushed to K.R. Nagar General Hospital.
