VIZIANAGARAM, MARCH 30. The former Congress MLAs from Bobbili, Parvathipuram and Gajapathinagaram have expressed displeasure for denying them ticket. The former MLA from Bobbili, Peddinti Jaganmohan Rao, has decided to contest as Independent. He is filing nomination for both Assembly and Bobbili Lok Sabha seat on Wednesday anticipating B-form for any one of the two as the Congress has not yet issued B-forms to candidates whose names have already been cleared in New Delhi. When contacted, a close relative of Dr. Jaganmohan Rao, said on Tuesday that the former MLA had decided to contest as Independent. Dr. Jaganmohan Rao, who returned from New Delhi on Monday, is campaigning vigorously. The Congress is fielding the Bobbili Raja, R. Sujaya Krishna Ranga Rao, who joined the party recently, for the Assembly and the Vizianagaram ZP chairperson, Botcha Jhansi Lakshmi, for the Bobbili Lok Sabha seat.
