Bargarh Cement becomes ACC subsidiary

MUMBAI: ACC has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the company has purchased 3.50 lakh equity shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10 each of Bargarh Cement, representing 13.21 per cent of BCL's total equity share capital from Unit Trust of India on March 29 for a total consideration of Rs. 26.84 crores. Consequent to this, BCL has become a 100 per cent subsidiary of the company. — Our Bureau
