MSR, former CM's son figure in Congress list

HYDERABAD, MARCH 30. The former APCC president, M. Satyanarayana Rao, and Jalagam Venkata Rao, son of the former Chief Minister, the late Vengala Rao, figure in the list of Congress candidates for the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections.

The list was released by Oscar Fernandes, secretary, All-India Congress Committee, in New Delhi on Tuesday.

The candidates are: Naresh Kumar Aggarwal (Ichapuram), D. Krishna Das (Narsannapeta), Haribabu Naidu (Patapatnam), Janni Minoti Gomango (Kothur-ST),S. Vijaya Rama Raju (Parvathipuram), Dharmana Prasada Rao (Srikakulam), Ranga Raju (Visakhapatnam-II), T. Gurumurthy Reddy (Pendurthi), K. Ravi Babu (Srungavarapukota-ST), Karanam Dharmasri (Nadugula),Venkata Ramana Murthy Raju (Elamanchili), Vijaya Rao (Payakaraopeta-SC), C. Narsi Reddy (Makthal), Ramlal (Karwan), Amarinder Reddy (Charminar), G. Vinod (Chinnur-SC), M. Satyanarayana Rao (Karimnagar), Vanama Venkateswara Rao (Kothagudem), Jalagam Venkata Rao (Sathupalli), Sambhani Chandrasekhar (Palair-SC), Sultan Younis (Khammam), Ram Venkat Reddy (Sujatnagar), Bhaskar Naik (Yellandu-ST) and V. Venkaiah (Suryapet-SC).
