Vijayashanti to target Congress

HYDERABAD, MARCH 31. Film actress and BJP Mahila Morcha's vice-president, Vijayashanti, said she would highlight the achievements of the Vajpayee Government and "attack Congress" during her electioneering.

In a brief chat with reporters here on Wednesday, she said that the goal of separate Telangana has not been given up and would be achieved. The party leadership had already made it clear that the aim could not be achieved unless the Assembly passed a resolution. It had been kept in abeyance due to alliance with the TDP.
