Sony sues Kodak

SAN DIEGO, APRIL 1. Sony Corp. sued Eastman-Kodak Co., alleging patent infringement on digital camera technology.

The salvo comes three weeks after Kodak filed a similar suit against Sony.

Sony's suit, filed yesterday in the U.S. District Court in New Jersey, says Kodak violated ten patents covering digital camera features.
