VIT ties up with German varsity

VELLORE, APRIL 1. The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Deemed University and the Hochschule fur Technik und Wirtschaft Dresden (FH), University of Applied Sciences, Germany, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) yesterday.

The MoU envisaged collaboration in teaching, research and development (R&D), exchange of professors, scientists, students, academic information and materials, with the belief that any cooperation and relationship would enhance the mutual understanding and cultural awareness between the two institutions.

The VIT Chancellor, G. Viswanathan, the Vice-Chancellor, P. Radhakrishnan, and the Rector, Ing. H. Neumann, signed the MoU.
