TIRUCHI, APRIL 2 .The Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation will operate about 100 special buses from Tiruchi, Manapparai and Karur to Palani round the clock from April 3 to 5 for the Panguni Uthiram festival in Palani. The TNSTC will also operate special buses from the Chathiram bus stand to Kumaravayalur, central bus stand to Viralimalai, Karur to Palamalai, Thuraiyur to Chettikulam and Perambalur to Chettikulam for the same festival in the local temples in these areas, a release from the General Manager of the Corporation said here today. The TNSTC would also operate special buses from Tiruchi, Karur and Perambalur districts to Tiruvannamalai and back from the early hours of April 4 for the `Pournami Girivalam' festival in the Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple scheduled on April 4 and 5. About 50 buses would be operated from Tiruchi, Karur, Musiri, Thuraiyur, Manapparai, Thurvarankurichi, Perambalur, Ariyalur and Jayankondam to Tiruvannamalai, with advance reservation facility.
