Mahaveer Jayanthi celebrated

PONDICHERRY, APRIL 3. Mahaveer Jayanthi was today celebrated with traditional fervour in Pondicherry.

A deity of Mahaveer was taken out in procession from the Jain temple in the heart of the town. Special prayers were organised by the Jain Sangh.
